Mission: To reduce economic discrimination and promote equitable economic opportunities through education, social action, and collaboration with governmental, public, and private organizations.

To collaborate and advocate with government, business, public and private organizations for the promotion of recreational, entertainment, and for the business use of the Rock River/Main Street area in Southwest Rockford with the result of increases documented by January 1, 2023.
To have 500 people complete a survey (80 percent of them residents of Southwest Rockford) about their priorities for the development of the Southwest River/Main Street corridor by October 2022.
Collaborate and advocate with interested organizations to determine whether a commitment can be made by April 2022, to establish a Community Development Financial Institution in Southwest Rockford.
