We are excited to invite you to a special event featuring David Couper, the former Chief of Police in Madison, Wisconsin, who dedicated 21 years to transforming law enforcement in our community. Widely regarded as one of the most influential law enforcement officials in Wisconsin history, David has a remarkable story to share.

A Legacy of Change

During his tenure, David emphasized the importance of community relations, hiring a diverse group of women and people of color to create a Police Department that truly reflects the community it serves. His commitment to inclusivity and community engagement has left a lasting impact on law enforcement practices.

A New Chapter

After an illustrious career, David has transitioned from Chief of Police to become an Episcopal Priest, continuing his mission of service in a new capacity.
