Registration is $40 per person and incldues a contiential breakfast, lunch and snacks. When you register, you will be able to choose your lunch.
Lunch options:
Asian - orange chicken, fried rice, egg roll, and fortune cookie
Mexican - 2 chicken tacos, rice and beans, and cookie
Middle Eastern (vegetarian, lactose free, gluten free) - hummus, Arabic salad, 2 falafels, 1 grape leaf role, rice
Southern BBQ - pork shoulder sandwhich, baked beans, potato chips, and cookie
