Selected Vendors Notified - Friday, March 24th, 2023
If your business or organization is selected to be a vendor for the Summit, you will be notified on or before March 24th. If you are not selected, you will have the opportunity to go on a waitlist. If a selected vendor declines, you may be notified.
Payment Due - April 7th, 2023
If you are a selected vendor, in order to secure your table, payment must be received and cleared by this date. If payment is not received, your table may go to a vendor on the waitlist. Payment details will be shared in your notification. Accepted payment methods are credit card, check, and money order.
Listing on Website
Accepted vendors will be listed on the website once payment has been received.

With anticipated attendance of over 400, and several opportunities to engage with individuals, businesses and organizations in the Rockford area, The Rockford Summit on Racism provides great exposure for your business and organization for networking and collaboration.
Details:
Vendor fee - $60
Vendor fee includes admission, continental breakfast and lunch for two
Table cloth available for an additional $10
Additional meal and event tickets - $35/each
